Mind Body Music is a complimentary treatment approach developed to help clients reduce stress and anxiety levels, promote overall health and wellness, and strengthen the mind-body connection. This treatment is a blend of conventional and integrative approaches. Music Therapy is an established healthcare profession that uses music to address physical, emotional, cognitive, and social needs of individuals of all ages. Music therapy is used to: Promote Wellness Manage Stress Alleviate Pain Express Feelings Improve Self-Esteem Enhance Communication Improve mind-body connection Music Therapy sessions may include learning music, however it is different than music lessons.
